i have just bought a kindle for the sole purpose of being able to download the guardian every day when i am out of the u.k. on trips. so it is a huge disappointment to find that the guardian is the one newspaper that cannot be downloaded to the kindle.
The digital edition of the Guardian is also not delivered through Amazon, it comes from and must be downloaded each day manually, so the convenience is about the same but without the cost of monthly subscription :)

The Clinical Team Report is a Probate and Family Court document that is used to recommend guardianship for incapacitated persons and/or conservatorship for persons to be protected concerning the management of property or business affairs. It is used where an individual is alleged to have an intellectual disability.

You're eligible to file under UAGPPJA if you're bringing a guardianship or conservatorship case into Massachusetts jurisdiction, sending a guardianship or conservatorship case from Massachusetts to another state's jurisdiction, or registering another state's guardianship or conservatorship order in Massachusetts.
If there is already a court-ordered guardianship but someone else wants to be appointed the guardian, either as a replacement guardian or a co-guardian to help the current guardian, the person can file a Petition for Appointment of Successor/Co-Guardian. A successor guardian is someone who takes over for the current guardian, and a co-guardian is someone who is appointed to share in the duties of the current guardian.
If a guardian does not want to be the guardian anymore, the guardian can petition the court to resign. The guardian must explain why he or she no longer wants to be the guardian. The judge will have to select a new guardian to take over. If there is already someone who wants to take over as guardian, use the Petition for Appointment of Successor/Co-Guardian (above) instead since it takes care of the resignation and appointment of a new guardian in one set of forms.
If a guardian is failing in their duties, or cannot voluntarily resign for any reason, another person can petition the court to have the guardian removed. The person will have to explain why the guardian is no longer able to serve anymore. If there is already someone who wants to take over as guardian, use the Petition for Appointment of Successor/Co-Guardian (above) instead since it takes care of the removal and appointment of new guardian in one set of forms.

For example, if a child wants to buy an app, the family organizer can see the app and decide whether to allow it.
A guardian has legal authority to make personal and financial decisions for a child or incapacitated party, indefinitely. This person is appointed by a court to serve as the guardian of a minor child or an incapacitated person to assure that the essential requirements for the health and safety of the person are met, to manage the estate or financial resources of the person, or both.
An adult who is incapacitated or partially incapacitated may need help taking care of their physical health and financial resources. A court appointed guardian can help ensure that the individual in question has help making these decisions.
An adult of eighteen (18) years or older, who is of sound mind and not acting under duress, fraud, or influence, may nominate a guardian of his person or property. Upon incapacitation, this nomination shall be binding once approved by the court. This nomination must be in writing. A person nominated may be unwilling or may not qualify to serve.
